Returns and Warranty Policies
The www.sagatronix.com website is owned by NGU HOLDING, S. DE R.L. (hereinafter "Sagatronix"), located at Altos del Chase, Avenida Principal, Casa 30G, City and Republic of Panama (hereinafter "Website").
All users of the "Website" (hereinafter "User" or "Users", as appropriate) must accept without reservations or limitations, all of the terms and conditions of use thereof, as well as the regulations of the services and products, set out in the "Terms and Conditions of Use", "Privacy Policies" and "Return and Guarantee Policies" of "Sagatronix".
All claims have to be placed at the "Sagatronix’s" facilities, either by the "User" or authorized person and/or by courier under their representation, within a period not longer than 15-calendar days from the date of billing; after this term, only warranty claims can be applied.
The merchandise, that is, "the item" to be presented as a claim, must be presented together with the proof of purchase, original or copy, showing clear and detailed of the purchase. The Delivery Control and Received Compliant (where the general information of the invoiced product is detailed), must be in perfect condition and without alterations in its original packaging, it must also keep all its tickets and security seals intact. The "item" will only be evaluated and changed if it meets the requirements mentioned above.
The "User" understands and accepts that the value to be claimed will be only for the original value of the product paid without including any shipping costs or other surcharges not contemplated by law. In turn, the "User" accepts that “backorders” items are not subject to return, but to warranty claims only; since they are special orders requested by the “User” and may be suitable for reselling.
The "Return and Warranty Policies" terms may vary according to the type of product, they are detailed in the invoice or Delivery Control and Received Compliant, as well as on the "Website". It is the responsibility of the "User" to review these conditions and terms before making any purchase, therefore after having accepted "The policies, terms and conditions of the website" will have to review the "Returns and Warranty Policies" before submitting any claim.
"Sagatronix" supplies items which manufacturer has its own "Authorized Service Center", with trained staff for proper review, certification and repair. Therefore, if any purchased item has an "Authorized Service Center" located in Panama, it will be the fastest and better way to comply with the "warranty" under the terms and conditions of the brand.
"Sagatronix" as the final reseller can assist as an intermediary if requested by The "User", accepting that the final verdict will be based on the diagnosis of the "Authorized Service Center" of the Brand, as they are the certified experts trained by the manufacturer. “The Authorized Service Center” will determine if the damage is from the factory or if it was induced by improper use. If the damage is from the factory, we will proceed with the change of the item, credit note or refund of the amount paid, when its repair or replacement is not possible. Each Manufacturer or Brand has its own "Warranty Policies", the "User" understands that it is their responsibility to be open to them to proceed with the claim.
"Sagatronix" reserves the right to dispose of all merchandise, product, device or item left by the customer as a review, claim or repair for more than 45 days under the legal basis in Executive Decree N.46 of June 23, 2009, Title I (On the Consumer Protection Regulations), Chapter III (On the Warranty of goods or services), Article 31 (Custody of goods): “The supplier will not be liable for the goods that have been abandoned by the consumer, understanding that the abandonment occurs when forty-five (45) consecutive days have elapsed from the date on which the consumer has been reliably required to remove the good."
The "User" understands and accepts that not all failures are attributable to "Sagatronix" for which he accepts the following exceptions to the Returns and Warranty Policy:

If the use of the "article" or equipment was misused and/or not installed appropriately.

If the "item" or equipment is physically damaged. Including the marks that indicate the attempted opening or violations of the outer cover by the "User".

Sulphated batteries are considered equipment misuse.

If the damage is caused by dirt, dust, water, oxidation, fungus, mold, fire, bumps, drops, voltage fluctuations, vandalism and insects, all attributable to the "User" due to misuse and lack of care.

warranty does not cover damage to accessories and/or parts of delicate manufacture and handling, such as plastic, glass and porcelain parts, inks, toners, antennas, belts, crystals, or other elements for the same purpose. Cleaning of the "item" or equipment is not covered either.

Opened programs (software), papers, films, inks and toners are excepted from the warranty or right of return. Likewise, the products that are delivered digitally are excepted from any RMA claim, such as activation keys, licenses or electronic recharges; all of them are covered manufacturers or their representative only.

Any claim rejected by the Authorized Service Center of the Manufacturer or Brand will be automatically rejected by "Sagatronix".

Any claim submitted after the validity period of the warranty terms, will automatically lose all validity.
RMA (Return Manufacturer Authorization) Terms and Conditions
"RMA" is understood to be any process that incurs in the warranty or return claim. Within this process, the following regulations are considered:

"Sagatronix" is not responsible for any information, data or programs left on the Hard Drives, SSD Drives or any storage device left for review, diagnosis, repair or claim of "RMA".

It is the responsibility of the "User" to have copies of all information, data or programs; "Sagatronix" does not have the responsibility to carry out any type of reinstallation due to loss of these due to the process of revision, diagnosis, repair or claim of "RMA".

"Sagatronix" only offers the service of diagnosis, repair or claim of "RMA", therefore it is not responsible for any content within the equipment to be served. This responsibility corresponds to the "User" only, as the owner of equipment to be served. Therefore, any legal claim for licensing, copyright or misuse is the sole responsibility of the "User" who owns the equipment.

- f at the time of the review, diagnosis, Software Installations, Programs, Downloads and/or of doubtful origin are noticed, "Sagatronix" is not responsible for the damages that it may cause to the equipment, even if this leads to loss of the Warranty of itself.

Based on the legal basis in Executive Decree No. 46 of June 23, 2009, Title I (On Consumer Protection Regulations), Chapter III (On the Guarantee of goods or services), Article 31 (Custody of goods) , "Sagatronix" reserves the right to dispose of the equipment left for review, diagnosis, repair or "RMA" claim after 45 days of its notification of withdrawal. Said notification can be via email, phone call or text messaging.

Based on the legal basis mentioned in Point 5, if the equipment left for review, diagnosis, repair or "RMA" claim suffers any mishap and it is impossible to return it to the "User", "Sagatronix" will honor the compensation based on at current market price minus depreciation per year of use and impairment.
